The YBE School Council are planning to hold a Non-School Uniform/Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 21st December 2023 (last day of term for students).
If students do not wish to wear a Christmas Jumper they don’t have to, they can wear their own non uniform clothes.
If students have PE on Thursday 21st December could they please bring or wear suitable footwear for their PE lesson.
This is NOT a fancy dress day and that appropriate clothing for school should be worn.
The School Council plans to collect the £1 donations on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st December.
All money donated will be used by the School Council to develop the following YBE School Council Priorities.
• Mental Health: To develop awareness and signposting for Mental Health and Wellbeing within Ysgol Bryn Elian to enable learners to achieve their potential.
• Learning Resources: To improve access to independent study resources such as textbooks (the setting up of a textbook donation scheme), library resources, laptops and other digital resources to reduce the impact of poverty and progress.
