Every Thursday at 2:50PM in the canteen, year 10 and 11 are able to buy themselves a cup of coffee, tea or even a hot chocolate! All drinks will be £1.
By doing this, we hope to give students something to look forward to after school and after a long day of lessons. It can be very stressful having exam days, and sometimes you need a breather.
You can join us in the canteen if you wish to, and have a chat with your friends and even teachers, as there will be teachers supervising. Having the Coffee & Tea events will give the opportunity to make new friends and improve social skills to those who may struggle with talking to people.
Having a hot drink and relaxing just might give you the extra confidence to start a conversation with someone. We look forward to seeing you there, and we look forward to our other projects in YBE.
