Bryn Elian’s rugby season began with an away trip to John Bright for our year 10 and 11.
We have seen our numbers grow this year with some year 10’s joining the teams which meant that our numbers are nearly at full capacity.
Bryn Elian were slow at the start of the game giving John Bright a few early tries.
However, Bryn Elian grew in to the game which saw our new young players begin to get to grips with what was tasked of them. We saw some good counter rucking from Bryn Elian and a few jinxing runs with from our backs only to be brought down meters from the try line.
Unfortunately John Bright were to experience and to strong for us to overcome this time round but, with our young team developing it shouldn’t be long before we start to see some results go our way.
